DEAD QUIET
DEAD QUIET is a horror game built in the Godot engine where you are sent on a mission to research new fish, but something is watching....

I made it to for the "Mini Jame Gam #51" and wanted to learn how to make a game with a better atmosphere. I focused on the atmosphere of the submarine and monster.

Due to the simple control scheme, I also ported the game to android. This was harder than I expected but I figured it out.

Feedback revealed that the atmosphere was received well and the jumpscare was seen as spooky, though I should've spent more time on the gameplay as that was lacking.

The game is open-source! You can click on the globe icon to go the projects github page. It is openable in Godot 4.x and was made in Godot 4.5.
